Shipping policy

Free regular ground shipping is included for all customers located within the continental US. If you need your items quicker, other shipping options are available at check-out. We ship orders once a week, so processing time for in-stock orders ranges between one and five business days. For out of stock items, processing will be approximately four weeks. For shipping outside the continental US, please email wonder@olivepenrith.com.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For questions about delivery, please contact the carrier directly. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.

Please note: once we have released the merchandise to the carrier, Olive Penrith is no longer responsible for the goods, which includes lost or delayed goods. After goods are shipped, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. If a package is shipped to the address associated with an order, but deemed undeliverable by the carrier and is returned to Olive Penrith, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the goods.
